With the help of Allah SWT and under the guidance of Hujjat ul Islam wal Muslimeen Maulana Syed Mohammed Zaki Alswij (May Allah elevate his status and raise him with the Ahlulbayt A on the Day of Judgment), in the late 90's, few Momineen embarked on a journey to build a Masjid in Houston, Texas, where the momineen could gather and offer their daily prayers as well as celebrate or commemorate the occasions of the Fourteen Infallibles (A) and also get spiritual food for their nurturing in this life as well as the Hereafter. The main mission was to "propagate" the true and pure Islam and alhamdolillah after a long exhausting journey, this dream came true. People from all parts of the world donated selflessly and showered so much generosity for the establishment of the first Masjid in the entire North America that works under the guidelines and teachings of Quran and Ahlulbayt A.
