Amir has also been an active real estate investor in Chicago since 2014, owning and managing multi-family properties in Albany Park, Irving Park, West Garfield Park, and the historic GAP neighborhood of Bronzeville. Additionally, Amir has participated in and formulated syndication deals to create avenues for investors to create passive income, generate wealth, and receive the tax benefits of owning cash flowing real estate. Amir has consistently merged his real world finance experience with sales and investing skills to produce returns for his clients and effectively structure and consult on real estate and construction projects.
